What Makes B'rock Different?
What Makes B’rock Different?
More than treatment. A different approach to recovery.
At B’rock Health & Wellness, we believe recovery should be about more than stepping away from addiction. It should be an opportunity to understand yourself, rebuild your wellbeing and create meaningful, lasting change.
Our approach brings together evidence-informed addiction treatment, therapeutic support and holistic wellbeing within a private, intimate environment where every individual is known, supported and treated with dignity.
A More Personal Experience
With a maximum of just 14 residents, B’rock has been intentionally designed to remain small and personal. We believe meaningful recovery requires time, trust and genuine human connection — not feeling like another person moving through a system.
Our team works closely with each resident, providing individualised support throughout their stay.
Time to Create Real Change
B’rock offers a structured 12-week residential programme, giving residents the time and space to move beyond short-term intervention and work on the deeper patterns that can contribute to addiction.
The programme combines individual counselling, group therapy, family work and structured recovery support with practices designed to strengthen physical and emotional wellbeing.
Recovery for the Whole Person
We recognise that recovery involves the mind, body and emotional wellbeing.
Alongside traditional therapeutic support, residents can experience meditation, mindfulness, yoga, journalling, exercise, sea swimming, music and art therapy, together with wellness facilities including our barrel sauna, ice bath, meditation cabin and aromatherapy garden.
These aren't simply added extras. They form part of an environment designed to help residents reconnect with themselves and develop healthier ways of living.
A Place That Doesn't Feel Clinical
B’rock has been thoughtfully created to feel comfortable, calm and welcoming.
From ensuite bedrooms and peaceful relaxation spaces to our gardens and wellness areas, we want residents to feel that they have stepped away from the pressures of everyday life and into an environment where their focus can genuinely be on themselves and their recovery.
Structure, Support & Accountability
Recovery also requires structure.
Days at B’rock follow a carefully considered programme combining therapy, wellbeing, reflection, activity and rest. Residents are supported by a multidisciplinary team, with nursing support available around the clock and medical oversight as part of the programme.
Our environment provides both compassion and accountability — supporting residents while encouraging them to take an active role in their own recovery.
Life Beyond B’rock
Ultimately, our goal isn't simply to help someone complete a programme.
It is to help them leave B’rock with a stronger understanding of themselves, practical tools for maintaining recovery and a clearer vision for the life they want to build.
Because recovery isn't simply about leaving something behind. It's about creating something worth moving towards.
