Our Programme
At B’rock Health & Wellness, we provide a structured 12-week residential recovery programme designed to give each person the time, space and professional support needed to focus fully on their recovery.
Our programme combines professional addiction support with a holistic approach to health and wellbeing. We understand that recovery is not simply about stopping an addictive behaviour. It is about understanding what has led to it, developing healthier ways of coping and building the confidence and skills needed to move forward.
A Personalised Approach
Every person who comes to B’rock has their own story, experiences and reasons for seeking support. For that reason, each resident’s programme is tailored to their individual needs.
Following admission, an individual care and recovery plan is developed and reviewed throughout the 12-week stay.

Health & Wellbeing
Physical and emotional wellbeing form an important part of the B’rock programme.
Our residents can benefit from a range of wellness facilities and activities, including our sauna, ice bath, jacuzzi, meditation cabin, aromatherapy garden, exercise and organised sea swimming where appropriate.
These elements complement the core recovery programme and provide opportunities for relaxation, reflection, physical activity and the development of healthier routines.
Structure and Routine
Life at B’rock is intentionally structured.
Each day includes scheduled therapeutic sessions, meals, wellbeing activities, personal reflection and appropriate downtime. Establishing a consistent routine helps residents develop stability and healthy habits that can continue beyond their time with us.
Professional Support
B’rock operates a nurse-led model, with nursing support available 24 hours a day.
Our multidisciplinary approach brings together nursing, addiction counselling, medical oversight and other therapeutic and wellbeing supports to ensure residents receive appropriate care throughout their stay.
B’rock does not provide medical detoxification. Every prospective resident completes our assessment and admissions process before admission so that we can determine whether the programme is appropriate and safe for their individual needs.
Preparing for Life After B’rock
The 12-week programme is designed not only to support recovery within B’rock, but to help residents prepare for life afterwards.
Throughout the programme, residents work towards understanding their triggers, strengthening coping strategies, developing healthier routines, rebuilding confidence and creating an individual plan for maintaining their recovery following discharge.
Our aim is for every person leaving B’rock to leave with more than a period of abstinence. We want them to leave with greater understanding, practical tools and a clear direction for the next stage of their recovery.
